The TRY series GPU servers come with a 3-year warranty, including 7×24 hours of technical support and next-business-day on-site service. An optional extended warranty is available for up to 5 years.

Yes, we offer flexible customization. You can tailor GPU models, quantities, memory capacity, storage configurations, and more to your specific needs. Standard configurations are delivered within 72 hours; custom configurations take 1–2 weeks depending on complexity.
What is the maximum scale supported by the cluster system?
Our cluster management system supports GPU cluster deployment ranging from 2 cards to thousands of GPUs. We have successfully delivered multiple AI computing centers at the thousand-GPU scale, with proven capabilities in planning, deployment, and operations for large-scale clusters.
